What it costs
For an in-company day, prices run from €500 (shared webinar, 30 attendees, no practice) to €3,000 and up (senior trainer, tailored, group of 8 to 12). My workshop is €1,490 for a half day and €2,490 for a full day, up to 12 people, on site or remote.
The price per day matters less than the price per hour saved. A €1,000 session that changes nothing costs more than a €2,500 session after which six people save three hours a week.
What a good program includes
- Your real tasks. Before the day, the trainer asks for your quotes, your template emails, your meeting notes. During the day, you work on them. If you are offered generic "case studies", walk away.
- Configuration, not just usage. Each participant leaves with an assistant that knows their role: their offers, templates, tone. That is the part theory sessions skip, and the part that saves time.
- The rules. What we paste, what we do not, who proofreads. Half an hour is enough if it is concrete. See AI and GDPR in a small business.
- Material and follow-up. Questions come the week after. Written material and an address to ask questions for a month are worth more than slides.
Public funding: what to know (France)
For a session to be funded by your OPCO, the provider must be Qualiopi-certified and you must file the request before the session. Many "AI" offers are not certified, and certified ones often have a more academic format. Two tips: ask about certification before discussing it, and ask what you still pay, because funding is rarely 100%.
To be transparent: my workshops are not Qualiopi-certified today. My clients pay for them from their operating budget, like any supplier, which has one advantage: no paperwork, and we start next week.
The 7 questions to ask before you sign
- 1. Who runs it, and does that person use AI every day in their own work?
- 2. Do we work on our files, our tools, our accounts?
- 3. How many participants at most? (Above 12, nobody practices.)
- 4. What does each participant leave with, concretely, at 5 pm?
- 5. What happens the following week? (Support, questions, follow-up.)
- 6. Certified or not, and what do I still pay?
- 7. What will my team do differently on Tuesday morning?
If the answer to the seventh question is vague, the rest does not matter.
Workshop, setup or coaching: which one?
- The team workshop when everyone needs to get into the habit at the same time, and the team is autonomous enough to carry on afterward.
- Done-for-you setup when the tasks to automate are clear and expensive (quotes, follow-ups, meeting notes) and nobody has time to do it in-house. See done-for-you AI setup.
- One-to-one coaching for a founder or freelancer who wants to move fast on their own projects.
When in doubt, the 30-minute call is for exactly that: I tell you which one, or I tell you none is needed.
