I've been building with AI since I was 14.
Long before ChatGPT.

I'm Grégoire — Greg. Engineer (INSA Lyon) and business school graduate (emlyon), I spent time in San Francisco, New York, London and at Station F in Paris before coming back to Lyon.

Today I run my companies with AI doing most of the work, and I help business owners do the same at their scale. My rule: if it doesn't save you time in the first month, it's not worth it. And when the AI is working, I cook.

Do I need to be technical?

No. I mostly work with people who have never done anything technical. You talk to the AI in plain language and it does the work. The workshop starts from zero.

How much do the AI tools cost on top?

Count €20 to €200 per month per person depending on usage. I help you pick the bare minimum, and your current tools are often enough (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, your invoicing software…).

What about our data, confidentiality, GDPR?

Everything is set up on your own accounts, never on mine. We decide together what the AI may see and do, nothing goes out without your approval, and we switch on the business options that keep your data out of model training.

How fast do we see results?

From the workshop itself: everyone leaves with something that works. For a full setup, the first tasks usually run within the first week.

Do you work in English?

Yes — I lived and worked in San Francisco, New York and London. Workshops and coaching are available in English or French, on site or remote.

Do you travel?

Yes: Lyon and its region at no extra cost, anywhere in France and Switzerland with travel billed at cost, or remote. Remote workshops work very well.

How is this different from a regular ChatGPT training?

A regular training teaches you to write prompts. I set AI up on your real tasks so it does them for you, and I train your team to use it. You leave with something running, not with a PDF.

What if AI can't help us?

That's what the free call is for. If I think it won't save you time, I'll tell you, and we leave it there.
