🛰️ GregLines — an AI-native holding

I don't type faster. I stopped typing.

One human with taste, a team of AIs doing the work. GregLines is where I build, run — and teach — companies made with AI agents.

One real week, September 2026: ~144h of work. Almost 4 people on a 35h contract. (I asked my AI to count. Obviously.)

👋 Hi, I'm Greg

I made my first AI chat at 14. It was terrible. 😂

That was 2015 — way before ChatGPT. Since then I went to all the top places of AI: San Francisco, Miami, New York, London, Paris Station F. (Asia is next.)

Engineering school, business school (INSA Lyon & emlyon), where I didn't study at all: I spent my time building stuff. Today I do almost everything with AI — I run one of the top golf apps, I ship 2 to 3 apps a week, and I built the tools I needed along the way.

GregLines is the home of all of it. And of me. 🙂

The GregLines vision

One human with taste. A team of AIs doing the work.

GregLines Taldea — taldea means “the team” in Basque — is my holding. It owns my companies and it's my lab: every company is built the same way, and every lesson becomes a tool, a skill or a course.

1

Pick a good car.

Models are the engine: they change every month. What lasts is the car — the rules, the skills, the orchestration. That's where I invest. When one AI is stuck, I give the problem to the other one.

2

“Done” is not done.

Explore, plan, code, verify. Every agent checks its own work before I even see it. Correcting a plan takes 2 minutes. Correcting a bad result takes 2 hours.

3

Manager, not typist.

An agent is an employee: an identity, a rulebook, a manager and a level of autonomy. My job is to decide, review — and keep the taste. Never accept v1.

“The goal isn't to type faster. It's to stop typing.”
— AI w/ Greg, the last chapter
The portfolio

Seven companies. One way of building.

Same playbook everywhere: agents do the work, I keep the taste. Some are live, some are still cooking.

A day at GregLines

I write a ticket. My agents ship.

My real daily loop. No pitch deck: this is how Teech Golf, 1'Rie and everything else gets built.

  1. 1
Ticket. I say what I want in Notion. Dictated, usually. Typos included.
  2. 2
Routing. NORC sends it to the right agents, on the right machines.
  3. 3
Work. Claude Code and Codex code, test and check their own work. In parallel.
  4. 4
Review. I review. Merge. Ship. Back to the kitchen.

Replay of a typical run. Real loop, simplified.

What I bring

Ten years of building. Now at AI speed.

AI agents & orchestration

Running 20+ agents in parallel across machines — with rules, skills, budgets and a backup when one gets stuck.

Growth

Paid acquisition, UGC videos made by AI, store screenshots, funnels. Even the marketing is agents.

Never accept v1. “What? But this is boring!” is a valid design review. 5 to 15 rounds until it's perfect.

Teaching

Explaining AI to people who never opened a terminal. Engine vs car. 3 requests = plan mode. 3 times = 1 skill.

Consulting & training

Let's make AI work for your company.

The same method I use for my own companies. Your team goes from copy-pasting into ChatGPT to agents that actually ship. No slides, no buzzwords — real work, on your real files.

🎓

Team training

Half-day or full-day workshops, on site or remote. Your team leaves with an agent working on their real files.

  • From zero to their first agent in 1 hour
  • Plan mode, skills, CLAUDE.md — on your use cases
  • The 6 traps (and my very angry messages 😂)

For: teams of any job. No code needed. Promise.

AI team setup

I audit how your company works, then build your AI team: agents, skills, rules, orchestration. You keep the keys.

  • Audit: where AI saves the most hours
  • Setup: Claude Code / Codex, skills, NORC
  • Safe by design: identities, limited access, budgets
  • Handover: your team runs it without me

For: founders & SMBs who want results, not slides.

🧭

1:1 coaching

For founders and freelancers who want to go 5x faster. Your setup, your projects, my receipts.

  • Live sessions on your real work
  • Your own skill pack, built together
  • From one AI to a team of them

For: people who already use AI and want the top 1%.

The journey, documented.

I'm documenting everything: what I ship, what breaks, what my agents did while I slept. Receipts included — angry messages too.

Off-screen

The kitchen, the runs, the travels. Humans need a life. Agents don't.

Sometimes
🍳 Off-screen

When my agents work, I cook.

My other obsession. Fine dining, home-cooked. The best gift of my life was a three-star Michelin dinner — since then, I try to rebuild that feeling at home, with my official taster grading every plate.

It's called Bou'lettes: la haute gastronomie, version maison. Every recipe lives in my Notion — and yes, my AI helps me plan, scale and plate them. More of that is coming: AI × cooking, documented.

Let's talk

Let's build something.

A project, a team to train, a crazy idea — or a recipe to share. I answer everything. Usually faster than my agents.
